Our Beliefs

Scripture

We believe that all scripture was given by God and was perfect in it's original writing and is preserved in the King James Bible.

God

We believe that there is only one true and living God and that is God Jehovah. We believe that God is the creator of the heaven and earth and of all things. God created man in HIS own image and God is the sustainer of all life.

Trinity

We believe that the one true living God is manifested in 3 persons God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. We believe these three are equal in authority.

Salvation

We believe that salvation is by Grace through faith. We believe that the price for salvation was paid by Jesus on Calvary and that it is eternal. We believe that Holy Spirit conviction is necessary for salvation and that once an individual is convicted by the Holy Spirit that repentance of sin and a turn toward God is necessary for salvation.

Baptist Ordinances

We believe in and practice the two Bible ordinancses ordained by scripture. [1] THE ORDINANCE OF BAPTISM. Baptism shall be by immersion in water "in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost". [2] THE ORDINANCE OF THE LORD'S SUPPER. The Lord's Supper consists of unleavened bread and the pure fruit of the vine.

The Second Coming

We believe in the pre-millenniel return of the Lord. We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ will come for his saints in "the rapture" prior to the tribulation period; and that He will come with his saints in the "revelation" prior to the millennium. We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ will rule and reign for 1000 years upon his return to this earth.
